Solution-
The system was designed to mount on the crosslide of the machine. Each slide is driven by a precision ballscrew
and servo motor drive system.
A new CNC (2) axis control was interfaced to control all functions of the machine. The system was interfaced to
allow control of the spindle speed from the CNC. This system was mounted in a movable cabinet.
