Welds all Polyester Film
All types of polyester film can be welded without resetting the parameters
of the welder. Welds all types of Kodak, Fuji, and Agfa film.
Accurate Splice
Film holders and cutters are mounted on precision linear ways. Film is not
flipped for weld therefore alignment is not lost due to wear of rotary
movement.
Thin Splice Individual adjustment at the cut and the weld allow for
accurate control of the weld overlap. Weld pressure roller is fixed, not
spring loaded. This maintains constant welding parameters for the
ultrasonic system resulting in consistent weld thickness of nearly single film
thickness at the splice.
Installation Splicer is designed to be used in darkroom or daylight
conditions. Will not fog raw stock. Splicer is portable and can be configured
for 110 and 240 VAC 50-60 Hz.
